APPLICATION : ASPHALT PAVING/ WET MIX MACADAM PAVING

                                            HYDROPAVE

MODEL HP- 250 IS AN ADVANCE ASPHALT MACHINE WHICH INCORPORATE ADVANCE DESIGN FEATURES THAT PROVIDE INCREASED RELIABILITY VERSATILITY, PRODUCTIVITY

POWER UNIT:

 Ashok Leyland Model AL 6.65 or equivalent water cooled diesel engine developing 100 PS @ 2400 RPM with sufficient reserve power to ensure trouble  - free operation even under most adverse site condition.


TRANSMISSION:

Fully Hydrostatic Traction Drive capable of providing infinitely variable paving and Travel speed and Differential locking arrangement.


MOUNTING:

Paver is Mounted on tyres 4 Nos. solid tyres in the front rear of suitable sizes.

FEEDER CONVEYOR & SPREADING SCREW:

Two feed/bar conveyors & corresponding spreading screw will have infinitely variable hydrostatic drive independent of traction transmission.


Each side feeder and spreading screw will operate independent of each other in accordance with material requirement at the screed so as to maintain an adequate material level in the screed box.


PUSH ROLLERS:

The front end of the main frame of the paver finisher will be equipped with two rollers oscillating and properly spaced to contact the rear wheels of the material feeding truck when feeding premixed material into the paver.


CONTROL:

Single control console having power steering wheel, finger tip controls for hoppers, feeders , screws, flow gates, screed hoist , tamper, vibrating speed, differential lock forward or reverse travel, automatic level and grade control etc, needed for all operation of the paver.
 



PAVING SCREED INTEGRATED WITH TAMPING AND VIBRATORY MECHANISM:

Hydraulically extendable screed combines quality, ease of maintenance and sophisticated operation into impressive piece of machinery.

Screed is mounted on massive hard-chrome plated telescopic rams also function as creed support these extensions enable the basic 2.5 mtrs width which to be widened upto 4.5 mtrs. By attaching additional bolts on extension the screed will span an infinitely variable paving range upto 5.5 mtrs.

ELECTRONIC GRADE AND CLOPE SENSOR:

The paver will be fitted with level sensor with suitable system to enable the paver to lay a mat to predetermined level and maintain surface smoothness automatically regardless of undulations in the road base.

It will also have cross fall sensor with suitable system to control the slope in the transverse direction and maintain the cross slope to the desired at the present level.


APPLICATION:

HP-250 Hydrostatic sensor  paver Finisher can pave asphalt mix surface as well as WMM surface.
